مركز أشتي هي منظمة محلية مستقلة غير حكومية وغير ربحية مقرها مدينة قامشلو وتنشط في شمال وشرق سوريا وتعمل على تمكين قدرات المجتمع المحلي في مجال حل وتحويل صراعاته للوصول إلى السلام المستدام وتعزيز القيم الديمقراطية والتشاركية من خلال تحليل الصراعات والمساهمة في خلق بدائل سلمية مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين ويرتكز عملها على مبادئ الشفافية والحياد
نظرة عامة على المناقصة:
يدعو مركز أشتي لبناء السلام مقدمي العروض المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءات مختومة لتوريد معدات التكنولوجيا، بما يتوافق مع معايير محددة للجودة والأصل والتسليم المنصوص عليها في المواصفات الفنية

مكتب الرقة: حي تشرين، شارع الانتفاضة

متطلبات تقديم العطاءات:
عن طريق مظاريف مختومة توضع في صندوق العطاءات
- يجب أن تكون جميع وثائق المناقصة جيدة وأن يتم تسليمها يدوياً إلى صندوق المناقصة في مكاتب آشتي العناوين الموضحة اعلاه
- يجب على مقدم العطاء وضع وثائق العطاء الخاص به في ظرف مختوم وكتابة الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة على الظرف متضمنةً (1-العرض المالي 2-العرض الفني (يتصمن صورة المادة مع كتابة مواصفاتها بالكامل) 3-ثبوتيات المورد (رخصة تجارية او رخصة شركة او رخصة مزاولة المهنة, صورة عن البطاقة الشخصية لصاحب الرخصة 4- معايير الاختبار الخاصة بمركز اشتي) موقعة ومختومة كامل الصفحات من قبل المورد ووضعها في صندوق العطاء الخاص بمكتب أشتي في مدينتي الرقة وقامشلو.

Bid Submission Requirements:

- All Bid Documents should be in good resolution and submitted by hand to the Tender Box at the Ashti offices, the addresses shown above.
-bidders must put their bid documents in a sealed envelope with the number of RFQ that must include (1- RFQ 2- Technical offer (including a picture of the items with its full specifications written) 3- Supplier documents (commercial license, company license, or professional license, a copy of the ID card 4- selection criteria) signed and stamped by the Supplier in the tender box of the Ashti Offices in Raqqa and Qamishlo.
The offer is income;plete without the attachment of the technical specifications for the items.
